Payment & Refund

Payments for Books Steadypeak services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on steadypeak.lol.

• Hours for payment questions at Books Steadypeak: Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00. Site reference this site, desk Dunajská 174.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from shop@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Slovakia norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact shop@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Bratislava unless otherwise stated.
